Please look at page 11 of the handout. I would like to report on HDD head results for the first quarter of fiscal 2006 and then the outlook for the interim period and fiscal 2006. Sales in the first quarter were \68.5 billion. For the first half of the year, we are now forecasting sales of \135.1 billion, an upward revision from our previous forecast of \120.8 billion. For the second half, we are forecasting sales of \133.2 billion, the same as before. This means we are now forecasting sales of \268.3 billion, compared with our previous forecast of \254.0 billion.

Please look at page 13, where you will see information concerning HDD head demand and TDK's market share. In the previous fiscal year, HDD demand was 319 million units, the average number of heads per HDD was 2.6 and HGA demand was 841 million units. TDK had a market share of 31%. Our forecasts for fiscal 2006 are for HDD demand of 365 million units, 2.7 heads per HDD and HGA demand of 1,000 million. We are projecting a market share of 34%.

Please look at page 14 for an overview of our schedule for launching new products. Qualification is continuing for 160GB/P products for 3.5-inch HDDs. We are working toward the start of mass production of these heads around December this year. Regarding 2.5-inch drives using 60GB/P heads, several companies have already started mass production.

This concludes my presentation. Thank you.
