Payment of Dividends

Dear Shareholders:

With respect to the payment of the interim dividends pursuant to the resolution of a meeting of the Board of Directors held on October 31, 2025, please receive the dividends at a payment handling office of the Japan Post Bank during the payment period as mentioned below by affixing your seal to the “Interim Dividends Receipt”, a personalized copy of which will be sent to each of you separately for your confirmation on December 1.

1. Interim Dividend:

   ¥16 per share

2. Payment Period:

   from December 2, 2025 (Tuesday)
   to January 9, 2026 (Friday) (Japan time)

3. Payment Handling Office:

   Japan Post Bank’s head office and all branch offices, and post offices throughout Japan (acting as agents for the bank)

For shareholders who have requested to have the dividends transferred to their respective bank accounts, “Statement of Dividends” and “Confirmation of Designated Bank Accounts” will be sent to you separately. For shareholders who have requested to have the dividends transferred to their respective security accounts, “Statement of Dividends” and “Confirmation of the Method of Receiving the Dividends” will be sent to you separately. We kindly request that you check the matters stated therein.
