Firstly, I would like to look at net sales in the Recording Devices sector for the second quarter and the first half of fiscal 2003, and outline our full-year projections. Second-quarter net sales were ¥39.8 billion, above our projection of ¥36.1 billion. I am pleased to report that we were able to clear our second-quarter targets for both sales volumes and net sales. First-half net sales for recording devices were ¥78.2 billion, above our target of ¥74.4 billion. Consequently, full-year net sales projections have been revised upward from ¥150.0 billion to ¥157.3 billion. Note that in the handout in front of you the projection for second-quarter net sales is shown as ¥38.3 billion. This should be ¥36.1 billion as I have just said. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Secondly, I would like to give a brief overview of aggregate demand for HDD heads and TDK's market share for fiscal 2003. As of October 31, 2002, we are projecting a slight increase from our August forecast in demand for HDDs. Our forecast for HGA demand, however, remains largely the same. We expect TDK's market share to remain steady at 30%, as previously forecast.

Finally, I would like to look at our schedule for launching HDD heads. Mass production of 60GB/P heads has begun and shipments are increasing appreciably. Regarding 80GB/P heads, we will go all out to increase production volumes in December this year. Our 120GB/P heads are in the preliminary stage and are currently undergoing certification. We expect mass production to begin as early as July 2003. We intend to offer our customers a choice of both TMR and GMR 120GB/P heads.

That concludes my brief presentation on TDK's HDD head business. Thank you.
