QWhat does your work involve?
AMy primary role involves maintenance support, where I inspect and repair manufacturing equipment whenever issues arise. I also focus on process improvement tasks aimed at preventing the recurrence of these issues.
QWhat do you find most rewarding about your job?
AI find it very rewarding to develop permanent solutions for technical problems and lead the improvement process myself. When the machinery is running smoothly, I feel a great sense of accomplishment, knowing that I have been able to help my colleagues.
QWhat was the support system like when you joined?
AThanks to the kind and thorough training provided by my senior colleagues, I never felt anxious about my duties. We also had clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training sessions, so I felt the support environment was very comprehensive.

AIn my case, many of my team members are senior to me, but everyone is very cheerful and approachable. It is an environment where I feel completely comfortable seeking advice whenever I face challenges or have concerns regarding my work.

Standard Day Shift
I truly enjoy our way of working—even when facing challenging tasks, we tackle them together as a team in a friendly and harmonious atmosphere!
With both standard weekends off and company-specific holidays, it's very easy to plan personal time and use it effectively. I love spending time on local activities with my family to refresh and recharge from the daily grind.
Rotating Shift (Day Shift)
I love that I can take consecutive days off even during the week, which gives me more time to focus on my hobbies and personal interests!
Seeing products that use components I helped manufacture on store shelves gives me a real sense of accomplishment. I enjoy local activities with my family to unwind, and on my days off, I love going shopping to refresh my mood.
Rotating Shift (Night Shift)
A premium is provided for both day and night shifts!
Our rotating shift system follows a '3 days on, 3 days off' schedule, which means plenty of personal time! While the working hours per day are longer, it allows for a clear distinction between work and life. I’m really happy that I can spend so much of my time on the things I love.
