Formula E Team Introduction

The Porsche Formula E Team represents Porsche Motorsport’s commitment to electric motorsport and the future of sustainable mobility. Competing in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, the team manufactures their own powertrain and races on iconic city circuits around the world (including Berlin, Tokyo, Shanghai, Monaco and Miami) combining performance, precision, and innovation.

For Season 12, Porsche’s driver lineup features Pascal Wehrlein and Nico Müller – with Wehrlein having secured the Drivers’ World Championship title in Season 10. Building on that success, the team went on to win both the Teams’ and Manufacturers’ World Championships in Season 11, cementing Porsche’s status as a leader in electric racing.

Drivers

Pascal Wehrlein

Pascal Wehrlein is a standout in Formula E, known for his precision, energy management, and consistent pace.

After joining the all-electric series in 2018, he became a Porsche factory driver in 2020 and made history in Season 8 by delivering TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team’s first-ever victory. Since then, he has established himself as one of the championship’s leading contenders with dominant wins in Diriyah (Saudi Arabia) and Mexico City.

In 2024, Wehrlein captured the ABB FIA Formula E Drivers’ World Championship title with a commanding performance in London. He continued his strong form in 2025, finishing third overall and reinforcing his status as one of the premier drivers in the series.

Nico Müller

Nico Müller brings a wealth of experience and versatility to Formula E, having competed in some of the world’s most demanding racing series. After nearly a decade in DTM – where he twice finished runner-up – Müller transitioned to Formula E, where Season 12 marks his fifth year in the championship.

His diverse racing background, including victories at endurance classics like the 24 Hours of Nürburgring and appearances at Le Mans, has sharpened his adaptability and precision behind the wheel.

Known for his technical skill and composure, Müller continues to grow as a serious title contender. With his experience and determination,he’s set to make a strong impact in Season 12.
