TDK selected as "Sustainability Yearbook Member 2026" by S&P Global

TDK Corporation (TSE:6762) has been selected as a “Yearbook Member” in “The Sustainability Yearbook 2026” published by S&P Global (headquarters: USA), an international research and rating agency.

Every year, S&P Global evaluates the sustainability of the world's major companies based on three aspects: governance and economy, environment, and society. The highest-rated 15% of companies in each industry are selected each year as “Yearbook Members” and published in “The Sustainability Yearbook.” This year, 848 companies were selected as “Yearbook Members” from more than 9,200 companies evaluated. TDK has been selected continuously since 2021, and this is the sixth consecutive year of selection.

In this year’s assessment, TDK’s initiatives, including further enhancing information disclosure and the first-time acquisition of third-party assurance for employee-related data, were highly recognized, leading to its selection for the sixth consecutive year.

TDK will continue to contribute to the realization of a sustainable future based on the company’s long-term vision, “TDK Transformation: Accelerating transformation for a sustainable future,” while aiming to solve social issues through TDK’s business based on its management philosophy.
