TDK Group Publishes "Sustainability Report 2025"
August 8, 2025
TDK Corporation (President: Noboru Saito) published the "Sustainability Report 2025" on August 8, 2025. This report comprehensively covers the company's activities for a wide range of stakeholders, including ESG investment experts, and is available on the "Sustainability" section of our website. With the publication, we have added messages from the CEO and CHRO, as well as a message from the Chairman of the Sustainability Committee to the top page. This reflects the establishment of the Sustainability Committee in April this year. Additionally, TDK aims to synchronize social sustainability with corporate sustainability and has added examples of business creation starting from social issues in the section "TDK Group's Approach to the SDGs and Its Activities". We will continue to update information on TDK's initiatives as needed.

Overview of the "Sustainability Report 2025"
●Progress on Key Issues (Materiality)
In May 2024, we formulated the long-term vision "TDK Transformation: Accelerating transformation for a sustainable future". Based on this, we have redefined the sources of competitive advantage that have supported our long-term growth, set key issues (materiality) for realizing the long-term vision and enhancing corporate value, and established KPIs to promote activities. We also report on the achievements for FY2024 against the targets of the medium-term KPIs.
