TDK announces Completion of Payment for Disposal of Treasury Stock as Post-Delivery type Stock Remuneration

TDK Corporation (TSE:6762)( “the Company”) today announced that the payment for the disposal of treasury stock as Post-Delivery type Stock Remuneration resolved by its Board of Directors on July 30, 2024, has been completed. For details of this transaction please refer to “Disposal of Treasury Stock as Post-Delivery type Stock Remuneration” released on July 30, 2024.
