TDK Corporation (President & CEO: Noboru Saito) released its “Sustainability Report 2026” on July 31, 2026.

This report provides a comprehensive overview of TDK’s activities for a wide range of stakeholders, including ESG investment professionals, and is available on the “Sustainability” section of the TDK website.

Progress on Material Issues

In May 2024, TDK formulated its long-term vision, “TDK Transformation: Continuing to transform for a sustainable future.” In response, TDK has redefined the sources of competitive advantage that have supported its long-term growth, identified material issues for realizing the long-term vision and enhancing corporate value, and is promoting initiatives by setting KPIs. The report also presents results for fiscal 2025 against the targets of the medium-term KPIs.
