Announcement of Company Division from TDK Taiwan Corporation to Actutek Corporation

Subject：TDK Taiwan Corporation hereby announces its effective day of the division will be changed to January 15, 2026, as detailed below.


Details：

1. Pursuant to Article 10 of the Division Plan entered into between Actutek Corporation and TDK Taiwan Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) on September 15, 2025, the effective day of the division was provisionally set as January 1, 2026. Any adjustment to the effective day of the division shall be determined by mutual agreement between the President of both companies.

2. As the Company obtained the approval required for the division from the Department of Investment Review, MOEA only on January 6, 2026; therefore, the effective date of the division has been changed from the originally provisional date of January 1, 2026, to January 15, 2026. This is hereby announced.
