Regarding the impact of the earthquake that occurred on June 18, 2019 off Yamagata Prefecture on our company, we confirmed the following group companies in Yamagata Prefecture had no personal damage and no major impact on our production facilities from this earthquake.

- TDK Shonai Corporation Sakata Plant
