Announcing the upcoming Fifth Rising Stars Clinic by TDK

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Fifth Rising Stars Clinic by TDK, to be held on the 24th of August, 2023 from 14:30 to 17:00 at the National Athletics Centre in vibrant Budapest, Hungary, during the 19th World Athletics Championships. This innovative event, part of TDK's robust social contribution initiative, continues to empower young athletes through invaluable learning opportunities.

The Budapest event will once again allow aspiring track and field players from a local school to learn from the finest in the business, including our Athlete Ambassadors, building on the success of past clinics. Notably, young athletes aged 12-15 from Szent Anna Gorog-katolikus Gimnazium will have the chance to participate under the guidance of their two mentors.

One of the highlights of the event will be a 4 × 100 m relay race, held in the main stadium. Participants will undergo the full professional athlete experience, from starting at Erzebet Square, to team introductions, spike checks, and the excitement of the race. They'll also participate in post-competition interviews in the mixed zone.

As an official partner of World Athletics (WA), TDK hosts this event to facilitate engagement between aspiring young and top-tier athletes. It provides the opportunity for these young individuals to directly experience some of the most significant competitive environments globally, thus inspiring them to shape their future. The Rising Stars Clinic represents an integral part of this mission, merging TDK's commitment to technological innovation with a passion for athletics.
