Guide to TDK's Booth at CEATEC JAPAN 2011

TDK Corporation will be operating a booth at CEATEC JAPAN 2011, which will be held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture from October 4 to 8.
The message of this year's TDK Booth is "Smart Solutions Created from Materials." There will be substantial demonstrations of TDK's latest products and technologies based on the main theme of "directly seeing, touching, and experiencing," and TDK will introduce its state-of-the-art efforts especially in the fields of mobile communications, environmental contributions, and energy-related products, including products for smartphones, eco-cars, and smart grids.

Special Stage
Among other things, TDK will introduce its latest efforts relating to wireless power transfer and modules and devices utilizing next-generation optical device technology.
Demo Zone
Demonstrations will be given of, among other things, film solar cells, SESUB (Semiconductor Embedded SUBstrate) devices, angle sensors, magnetic heads for HDDs, and digital control power supplies.
Product Exhibition
TDK will display its latest products in the three fields of mobile communications, car electronics, and energy management. In the category of mobile communications, exhibits will include products for smartphones, such as micro-miniature thin-film components and the MEMS microphone. In the category of car electronics, exhibits will include the DC-DC converter for electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles, various sensors, and transponder coils. In the category of energy management, exhibits will include power supplies for LED equipment, power-supply systems for smart grids, and film capacitors for renewable energy-related equipment and industrial equipment.
