TDK Booth at CEATEC JAPAN 2016

Oct. 3, 2016

TDK Corporation (President: Shigenao Ishiguro) will be exhibiting at CEATEC JAPAN 2016, to be held at the Makuhari Messe venue, Makuhari Japan from October 4 (Tue) to 7 (Fri).

In the IoT framework, various objects and devices are connected via networks, allowing for information exchange and control. The world is evolving from the era of the Internet, which connected people to each other and to applications, to the era of networks: connecting people with physical things and these things with each other.
At CEATEC JAPAN 2016, TDK will introduce products and technologies that can contribute to the further evolution of IoT, such as magnetic sensors and MEMS sensors, which are essential for the IoT, and SESUB (Semiconductor Embedded in SUBstrate) technology, which realizes the world’s smallest Bluetooth modules.

The theme of TDK’s booth this year is “Io‘X’ Technologies: Connecting People with the Future.” Through demonstrations integrating sensors, energy units, and other technologies in six “X” areas—sports(IoS), vehicles(IoV), medicine(IoM), robots(IoR), agriculture(IoA), and humans(IoH)—we will enable visitors to get an insight into the technological developments that TDK is focusing on at present. Many newly developed products will be introduced as well.
We very much look forward to welcoming you at our booth.
