What is LTCC ? |
|
Low Temperature Cofired Ceramic (LTCC) is a ceramic material which can integrate capacitors and inductors and other resonant structures
into a multilayer structure. Depending on the complexity of the substrate – SMD’s may or may not be mounted on the surface of the LTCC.
